Register your child.

Our team is ready to provide the attention, care, and expertise you deserve. Let’s get started by filling out the required forms. If registering siblings/multiple children, please fill out one form per child.

Our team will reach out to schedule within 48 hours after reviewing forms as quickly as possible and in the order they were received. We may also reach out for a letter from your pediatrician stating your child is cleared for swim lessons if seeing specialists or receiving therapy services.
